Austin and Central Texas Kos Meetup

It's been too long since we've had a meetup for Daily Kos and Texas Kaos users.  Time to come in for some socializing, with a liberal dose of long-overdue gloating.

Many of us worked the last election like our lives depended on it.  We worked phones, registered voters, walked endless miles to distribute door hangers and talk to our neighbors, threw fundraisers, put up yard signs and generally made like our nation's hair was on fire and we were the ones bringin’ the bucket.

It was an election to remember.  So come and reminisce with your fellow Austinites and help form a strategy for the next big one.  Democrats around the country are already organizing their grassroots organizations to be prepared for the primaries a year from now, not to mention the local races that we’ve finally learned not to ignore.
